These conditions regulate the use of the web site and the purchasing of products on Desita.net officially registered in The Chamber of Commerce in Tilburg, The Netherlands, residing in Oisterwijk, The Netherlands.
All conditions are binding for both Desita.net and the customer from the moment the customer initiates an order to the order desk @ Deita.net

Product presentation

Desita.net offers three categories products: *category candles- from beeswax and naturally scented; *category cosmetics - natural cosmetics produced with rose oil; * exclusive rose products - rose juice and jam.
Desita.net will provide all necessary information about each and every product as follows:
Name of the Product; Picture; Short product description; Volume of the product (if applicable); Price incl. VAT;
Special offers and discounts will be separately listed together with the period of validity as advised on Desita.net.
Desita.net will not be hold responsible for the quality of text, colour and photo appearance of our web page features on the customer's monitor.
Before start using a product, the customer should check the ingredients and make sure that he or she is not allergic to any of them. Desita.net is neither liable for any misreading of the information on the application of the product nor for any allergic reaction evoked by a product ordered via Desita.net.

Shopping Procedure

Shopping procedure consists of 4 steps:
1. Product Selection: The customer can freely chose to buy a product by adding the selected product to the shopping cart by clicking on 'Add to cart'. When the choice is made for a product set of several items the customer will receive the number of products included in the total set, where he or she only pays the set price and not per item price. A customer can add more than one product to the shopping cart. Note that the prices indicated in the shopping cart do not include shipping costs, as the latter vary per order value and region, and will be separately indicated on the proforma invoice.
2. Delivery information: The customer will be requested to provide his or her personal details in order for us to be able dispatch his or her order. The accuracy of this information is of high importance for the accurate processing of orders and due shipment to customers. Non- deliveries and other delivery failures due to inaccurate information provided by the customer are risks to be born by the customer; Desita.net will not be liable for the latter.
3. Bank information: At this step the customer should choose the method of payment preferred. Read further payment methods.
4. Order confirmation: Before an order is validated and sent by the customer to Desita.net, a summary on the purchasing order will be generated including all personal information, selected items and invoice amount. The customer should check thoroughly all the information he or she supplied to Desita.net, as the accuracy of it is of high importance for the correct shipment and delivery of customer's order. After submitting the purchase order to Desita.net an order number will be generated and a confirmation on the order will be sent to the customer per e-mail. Should the customer not receive a confirmation about an order from Desita.net within 8 hours please contact with the Order Desk via our contact form or per e-mail at support@desita.net .

Methods of payment

The customer can opt for payment via:
1. Cash on Delivery:
The customer order can be delivered under term "cash on delivery". In this case the payment is due at the moment of goods receiving at the place appointed by the customer. By this kind of payment administrative costs of 6 (six) euros will be charged to the customer.
2. Bank Transfer:
If the customer opt for bank transfer (internet banking) he or she is supposed to transfer the total amount on the proforma invoice sent by Desita.net to the account 42170009 (ABN AMRO Bank) in the name of Desita in Oisterwijk. The customer should clearly indicate in the reference the number of the order due. In this way we can easily and quickly process your payment. The order should be paid in advance since Desita.net will ship every customer order once the customer cleared his open standing invoice.
3. Payment via iDEAL:
Payment via iDEAL is another easier and quicker way to pay, but applicable only for certain banks registered within the iDeal network within the Netherlands. Customers who opt for iDEAL payment should simply click on the icon of iDEAL which will redirect them to the internet banking webpage of their bank. A standard procedure of internet banking will follow while submitting a money order.

Where the method of payment as indicated in p. 2 and p. 3 applies, an order will be forwarded for shipping only after receiving full payment of the amount indicated on the proforma invoice. In order to assure fast and reliable shipment to the customer, Desita.net advises the customer to pay within 24 hours. Should an order not be paid within 72 hours, it will be cancelled.

Currency and taxes

Payment within Europe are to be made in euro currency. Payment outside Europe could be made in EUR or USD currency. The prices are quoted per unit in the appropriate currency depending on the selected one, including VAT, fees and shipping costs.
Shipping costs will be separately indicated in the same currency as the invoice.These need to be paid in advance as mentioned in the Shipping and Return conditions, since they are not included in the product price.
